I have followed the development of DeepMind for a few years now, and have always tried to catch any videos they released showing their progress. In December last year they put AlphaStar up against two of the world’s top Starcraft 2 players.

Mortal Kombat 11
Last night NetherRealm Studios had an unveiling of the last version of Mortal Kombat. I have to say it does look good. We have 10 on the Xbox One and like it lots. Over the years I have had owned many version and probably played them all at some point. I remember going into the arcades in 1992/1993 to play the original and being blown away by the graphics and the violence…

Resident Evil 2 “1-Shot” Demo
Just had my first play through of the demo Resident Evil 2. And what can I say, this has just fired up that old feeling I use to have for the series. This demo gives you just 30mins to get as far as you can.

Rimworld – How not to play
I have owned Rimworld early access before it even was on Steam. Loved the idea, and at first it was more of a proof a concept I think, but the more Tynan Sylvester played with it the more it came clear it could be so much more. In the end it has become an amazing story telling device.
What you are here to read is not a great or long story, this was before the final release and I hadn’t played the beta or alpha for sometime, so things had changed and of course I paid no attention to getting help…
