Building Up My Plex Collection – Tv

My Media Intake:

I’ve been collection digital movies, tv shows, music, audiobooks, eBook’s and graphic novels for such a long time, and have moved the storage and the ways to access them around many times, then I came across Plex in 2013. I started my first server with a Raspberry Pi 3, which was ok if you wanted to run the odd film or tv show locally, but the power wasn’t there to transcode on the fly and use outside my network.

Then in 2018 I got hold of an old pc I could use, chucked in 12TB of storage, bought a Lifetime Plex pass and have been filling it up ever since…. This of course requires me to occasionally remove a batch of content that isn’t being watched or no one is interested in. These are never deleted just removed and stored elsewhere, just in case I want to come back to them at a later date.
So over the years I have now started not just getting hold of the latest movies and tv shows to watch, but more of trying to find and store old content sometimes just for nostalgia purposes..
Below is a small list of my latest additions to my plex with this in mind, again not that I might watch (although I do keep thinking I have to go back and watch Xena again 😋) but just to have if ever I need to go back to the 80’s & 90’s
