My Media Intake

What I’m Watching For May 2024

I’ve added 9 new tv shows to my “watch next” list. Thought I’d better get Gen V watched before the new season of The Boys drops in June just incase they link stories along the way….
Death Note is a series I have wanted to see for so many years, but never got around to finding. I have now added the complete series to Plex, so I will be getting through this pretty quickly I think…

Adolf Hitler’s War looked like a good watch. I do like my history and World War 2 is high on that.
Invincible season 2 I’m hoping is going to be as good as season 1, more the same but upping the stakes and story..
I’ve always been a fan of Michael Palin and his travel shows going way back to his first around the world, this time its Nigeria, so more of the same from him, which is nice….
Three-Body is the Chinese adapted from the novel The Three-Body Problem by Liu Cixin. I’ve ready the books, watched the Netflix version which was good, but this version is more true to the first book.
Nighty Night is a very dark and very British comedy, that I have aways thought I would give a go, but never full added to my list, worth a good….
Resident Alien has now got three seasons out so I think its now time to get them watch. From what I have seen it looks good and funny in places.
Avenue 5 is an odd one. Never seen much about it or much in the way of advertisement, but looked funny from the trailers, so we will see….
