A really early start had us on a train before 7am to get us into London just after 9am, so we could see as much as possible in one day…..

Once at Euston it was onto the subway for our first stop Tower of London, where we had booked to look at the Superbloom in the Towers grounds, then Tower Bridge. After that it was upto Harrods for a look around and Christmas decorations…
A walk around Hyde park was nice, then going onto Covent Gardens and Jubilee Market before Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and Horse Guards Parade, all in one day! We couldn’t have asked for better weather and thankfully no train strikes..
35,000 steps later and 15miles I think we did ok ?
